Oh Y'Know...

Okay okay okay, I am TERRIBLE at this whole keeping up with my blog thing...sorry. BUT, there are lots of things to divulge! Since being home from Alaska I have been super busy working full time at ancestry.com, going to school full time again to complete my degree. ONE YEAR AND A HALF LEFT!! And the BEST part through all these cold months is that I started dating an incredible guy named Jordan and we have been dating just over 3 months! (Yes, universe, I said it, I'm dating again. Do your worst.) Jordan and I have lots of fun exploring our new relationship and growing together. We make each other the happiest we have ever been, so that's also really fun. :) Work at ancestry is good...it's a job. I'm really aching to get my foot in the medical door though. Hopefully something will turn up soon with all my hard work and dedication. I'm still living in my own adorable little apartment in Provo with my two doggy dogs who are currently napping by my feet. The only thing I would change about this apartment of mine is this thing Jordan and I like to call "The Monster", A.K.A. the furnace. My furnace doesn't just "come on", oh no, it COMES ON!!! It is the most loud, obnoxious thing ever and it doesn't even do a great job at temperature regulation, not to mention it totally jacks up my power bill. Not the coolest thing I've ever experienced. Aside from that, my cute old house is lovely and a fun place to call home. It's not so bad still having to drive home to do laundry, it gives me a break from the city and makes my parents happy.

One other really awesome thing that happened in recent months is that my very best friend of 17 years, Taylor Baker, got engaged to her lovely Roy Barlow, FINALLY! ;) I'm so happy for them and can hardly wait to see all their hard work in their relationship come to fruition. They are some of the best people I have ever known and I am so grateful for them! Cheers to you love-birds!
